Kata Rocks Signature Easter Brunch Sunday 21 April 2019

Kata Rocks’ Signature Easter Brunch returns on Sunday, 21 April 2019 at the Clubhouse from 12 to 3 pm. Guests can expect lively celebrations with the family and an oceanfront pool party overlooking the Andaman Sea.

The delectable Easter Brunch will feature freshly-shucked Fine de Claire oysters and imported seafood including Boston Lobster, blue crab, prawns and smoked salmon. There is also plenty of fine cold cuts and savoury meats including Parma ham, chorizo, salami, Coppa, Bresaola and Iberico ham and healthy Mediterranean salads.

Live stations include classic Eggs Benedict, Australian beef striploin, grilled Australian lamb chops, chicken satay, sea bass and more. Complemented by an international cheese medley of brie, gorgonzola, manchego, parmesan cheese and much more, concluding with a choice of Easter-inspired desserts, ice-cream and fresh seasonal fruits.

Our resident DJ Wii will spin a mesmerising mix of funk, and chill-out beats to keep the mood light, providing engaging entertainment for this festive occasion. Children will also delight in having the resort’s signature 35-metre infinity swimming pool to cool off in, before joining in our exciting Easter egg hunt and other fun-filled family-friendly activities.

Children can also head to our Kids Club and do what youngsters love most: viewing our extensive catalogue of cartoons, animated movies and kid’s films, playing the latest games on our game console, or get creative in our interactive arts and crafts area.
