Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous and Kata Rocks Poker Run – The 2022 Editions

The 7th edition of the Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR) will take place from 8 to 10 December 2022, immediately followed by the Kata Rocks Poker Run (KRPR) on 11 December. Traditionally organised by Infinite Luxury and hosted by Kata Rocks, these two events have been one of Asia’s leading yachting events for several years.

Offering a mix of exclusive culinary tastings, yacht cruising, entertainment and fun water activities, Kata Rocks provides the stunning backdrop for four delightful days. The KRSR is an invitation-only event to bring like-minded people together to celebrate the good things in life as well as an opportunity to develop new business relationships.

Infinite Luxury and Kata Rocks have organised the KRSR for seven consecutive years, notably even during the time of recent travel restrictions. CEO Richard Pope said: “We found last year that following all the lockdowns that had gone around the world, people were just delighted to have a proper party again. This year it is looking like it will be our best one so far with travel now unrestricted and many yacht and villa owners returning to Phuket.”

One of the KRSR highlights is the fleet cruise along the beautiful west coast of Phuket on Friday 9 December. The last night of the KRSR, Saturday December 10th, sees the themed Closing Party. Every year this is guaranteed to be one of the best parties in Phuket.

The Kata Rocks Poker Run will commence on Sunday 11. A fun ‘around the island’ trip, where participants pick up a play card at several locations along the way. The start and finish are at Kata Rocks, followed by a BBQ for all participants.
