CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be communicated to the reservations or Rock Star team at least five (5) hours prior to guest’s expected arrival or departure time. Late cancellations will result in cancellations fees charged to the guest’s account.

Our Rock Star team remains at your service for any additional information regarding booking a vehicle for your use in Phuket or for day trips beyond the island.
